Important: Turning this on immediately replaces the normal dashboard with a maintenance screen for all users. Already-open dashboard tabs are also moved to the maintenance screen on their next status check. /admin remains accessible.
Acknowledgment behavior: Each signed-in Amazon user sees this as a modal pop-up. After that user selects Acknowledge, it stays hidden for that user. Editing the title, message, or severity and publishing again creates a new announcement ID and requires everyone to acknowledge the updated announcement again.
Dashboard Tab Layout
Choose which main dashboard tabs users can see and set the order in which the tabs appear. These settings apply globally to all Prime Air sites and users.
HELP/SUPPORT visibility: Uncheck HELP/SUPPORT to remove that tab from the user dashboard. Use Up / Down to rearrange any tab. Open dashboard sessions refresh this layout automatically.

Manage approved Amazon usernames, assigned site, one or more operational roles, access expiration, and enabled status.
Roles available: GSC, FOC, FM, AVA, OM, GH, PS, CAM, SM. Roles are displayed on the dashboard and included in shift briefings; they do not replace Amazon identity verification.
CSV columns: amazon_username, site_code, roles, access_expires_at, enabled. Separate multiple roles with | (example: GSC|FOC).

Configuration Backup / Restore
Export site configuration, map centers, notes, announcements, maintenance settings, and global tab layout to JSON. Restoring merges sites by site code and does not delete access users.

Restore safety: Existing sites with matching site codes are updated; missing sites in the backup are added. Existing sites not present in the backup and access-user records are left intact.
Safe diagnostic: This panel never displays NMS_CLIENT_ID, NMS_CLIENT_SECRET, Authorization headers, access tokens, or NOTAM payloads. You can copy the report and share it for troubleshooting.

Cloudflare Storage
SITE_DB (D1) stores Prime Air locations, dashboard settings and tab layout, GSC Notes, approved Amazon usernames, roles, access expiration, site assignments, scheduled announcements, global/site maintenance status, priority notes, login logs, admin activity history, alert acknowledgments, and support anti-spam records. GSC_IMAGES (R2) stores uploaded Site Map Object reference photos and photos inserted into the Miscellaneous GSC Check Information editor. The dashboard can still save text settings without R2, but photo upload requires the R2 binding.
